When you purchase event tickets through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities per transaction or per customer.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including any applicable service fees and taxes. All sales are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Please retain this confirmation — it serves as your proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at the address in Section 13.
All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by Po-Studio. If we cancel an event, we will notify ticket holders via the email address on file and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If an event is rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders of the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the rescheduling notice.
We are not responsible for refunds due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tickets may be transferred to another person at your discretion unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The recipient assumes all obligations and restrictions associated with the original ticket. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets.
Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee entry if you violate venue rules or applicable law. We and our venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software — is the property of Po-Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link to a public page) is permitted.
If you submit content to us — such as messages via our contact form or communications through our marketing channels — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to respond to your inquiry and operate our services.
